30-Day Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items (such as personalized or final-sale products) may not be eligible.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@bowdoingift.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Please don't send items back before receiving return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? Contact us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
